  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking 1–2 weeks (or longer, if you’d like a time that’s very specific to you) in advance for most sessions. For events or real estate shoots, we may have availability within 48 hours.

  • Can I reach out after business hours?

    Yes. If you call, text, or email outside of hours, we’ll respond as soon as we’re available. We know life doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5.

  • Do I need to pay anything upfront?

    A small deposit may be required to reserve certain sessions or event bookings. Full details will be provided in your quote — no surprises.

  • What if I need to reschedule?

    Life happens. We’re happy to work with you to find another date if needed. Just give us as much notice as possible
